Note: This documentation is not being kept up to date.  We will wait till we are closer to a 1.0 version before updating again. The information here should make it possible for you to get up and going.  We are sorry we can't do better but we only have some many resources.

My Clocks rotates through displaying clocks every 15 seconds.  If you click on the up or down arrows it will move between the clocks and hold on the selected clock for 45 seconds before continuing to rotate through the clocks.

Double clicking on the clock in the task bar will hide or show the main clock window.

When first started it will display defaults which will need to be changed to match your desired time zones and retirement date.  To configure the clocks right click on the clock icon in your taskbar.  This will display a menu as seen below.  Click on Configure menu item.  To select a clock to display click on one of the clock links.  Clocks with multiple possible values will display a second menu.  The example below show the selection of Birthdays & Anniversaries with a list of only one possible value in this case Albert Einstein's birthday.

(Menu now has Holidays and Weather links not seen above.)

For world clocks to work correctly the first time entry must be set the same time zone as your computer.  Select the time zone by using the top dropdown box.  You can then give this time any name you desire but we have label this field city as we think this will be most common.  In this example we added the name Atlanta and EST for Eastern Standard Time.  You many now repeat these steps for the remaining 3 entries.  These entries can be for any time zone in the world you desire.  When completed click on the Set button.

To configure your retirement count down clock click on the Retirement tab.  Enter your birth date and the age you wish to retire and click on the Set button.

Important: This retirement calculation is only an approximation because of variations caused by leap years and the differing lengths of months. It becomes more accurate the closer you get to the date. This calculation is therefore is only accurate to within a few days. We are working on ways to improve this calculation but we don't think a day or two for most people will make a difference.

You configure birthdays and anniversaries using this tab.   At this time audio alarms are beeps on the system speaker.  Future versions will allow the paying of WAV files.

Close the configuration screen by clicking on the "X" in the upper right corner.  That's all there is to it for now but we plan to add many more features soon.

This application will once per day automatically check for updates and if there is one it will prompt you to asks your permission to update.  If you wish to update it will download the update file, shutdown My clocks and install the update.  Currently you will be required to restart My Clocks manually but in future releases we will automate this step.

Note: My Clocks will automatically start each time you log in.  To disable this feature remove the short cut to the program from the startup directory.  We plan to automate this feature in the future.
