UltimateGuide On TAP

Here is are short usage instructions.  We hope to improve these in the near future.

Usage Instructions

TAP is installed into the task tray and uses this icon and will automatically start when you log into Windows.  If you want to stop this you currently will need to manual delete the link from the Startup menu.

The best way and most reliable way to launch the guide is to right click on the TAP icon in the task tray and click on Launch menu item.

Default port for this first beta is port 88.   To launch the guide from the system it is located on use the following URL:

 http://localhost:88/apps/ugot/listings.htm

The guide can also be launched from your programs menu. If you change the port on this first few betas the programs menu will not be updated and you will have to type the address into your browser manually or launch from the TAP menu (see above).

The port can be changes from the TAP application window.  This can be displayed from the TAP menu or by double clicking on the icon in then task tray.  You must deactivate and then reactivate the server for the change to take effect.

UltimateGuide On TAP will launch "TitanTV" program XML for use with many PVR/TV cards and works with UltimateGuide Scheduler for ATI cards.
